I'm on a roll with mulberries while they are still ripening. Tonight was picking time for a white mulberry tree I stumbled upon down by the river last weekend. I ended up with 1 pound of berries that were within reach while standing on the edge of the riverbank. These aren't as sweet as the red and black mulberries, but they are still tasty and sure to be a welcome few servings saved.
Same as with my wild strawberries and first batch of mulberries, I just rinsed well and froze in a freezer bag.
