Yahoo for the drying screens!
One of the new raised beds I made over winter holds some soil that once had spearmint growing in it. As the mint has been popping up I've let it get a few inches high so I could dry it before weeding and turning up the bed for future tomatoes.
Tonight I rinsed the mint, picked off any yellowed or torn leaves, and got a full three screens of it to dry outside (I used my fourth screen as a lid so everything is covered but still gets airflow). Once completely dry, I'll crumble off the leaves to store in glass jars. Hot tea yumminess.
